Govinda is an experienced intellectual property lawyer and focuses her practice on counseling clients on trademark and copyright law. Govinda studied political science and music industry at Northeastern University and studied law at Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey.
Govinda became interested in copyrights at a young age. This early research sparked her interest, which set her up naturally for a career helping others protect their assets and to foster creativity as well. She is also a world traveler, a photographer, a figure skater and has a great appreciation for architecture. A natural leader, Govinda is a co-chair of her law firm’s Minority Attorney Affinity Group and also devotes time to mentoring students through law school and young attorneys.
